Membership Information
The Northern California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney' Association (NCWCDAA) is comprised of those members residing in Inyo, Kern, or San Luis Obispo counties, and northward.
The Southern California Defense Attorney' Association (SCWCDAA) is for members residing in Ventura, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, San Diego or Imperial counties.
Association by-laws permit membership only to individual attorneys engaged in the practice of law substantially devoted to the defense of California workers' compensation cases.
The California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association (CWCDAA) is a federation of these two Associations. Non-voting associate memberships are available to insurance company or public agency staff counsel. All members receive reduced price registration fees for Association conferences. Membership fees include a voluntary $99.00 non-deductible contribution to the California Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association Political Action Committee.
Membership dues for the 2008 calendar year are $249. A specially reduced Annual Membership fee of $224 is available for those Firms with 15 or more attorneys who join all Firm members. A special rate of $150 is available for first time members.
