2012 Annual Summer Conference Hotel Information
Please Note: As of 4/30/12, our block at The Cosmopolitan is sold out on Saturday night. The hotel does still have rooms under our block for Thursday and Friday nights. The Cosmopolitan is offering our group a 10% discount on the prevailing rate, but they are currently booking rooms Saturday night for $700+ a night. We sugesting that you look at either the Vdara Hotel & Spa or the Planet Hollywood Resort. Please see below for more info.
Vdara Hotel & Spa
The Vadara Hotel & Spa is an all suites property that's a 3-5 minute walk from the Cosmopolitan. The hotel offers only King rooms, but the rooms are very well appointed. The hotel is 100% non-smoking and does not have a casino. This is a beautiful property and is usually a very good value. The check reservations, please click on the hotel name above.
Planet Hollywood Resort
The Planet Hollywood Resort is across the street (The Strip) from the Cosmopolitan and is a short 5 minute walk over the sky bridge. This is a full service Las Vegas hotel with Casino and well appointed standard room. When we last looked, the rate at the Planet Hollywood was a little higher than the Vadara. Reservations for hotel rooms should be made directly with THE COSMOPOLITAN of LAS VEGAS which is offering a preferred CWCDAA Room Rate of $139.00 per night for Wednesday & Thursday, and a rate of $179.00 per night for Friday & Saturday. Rates are inclusive of all resort fees and include complimentary internet in the sleeping rooms but do not include taxes. In order to take advantage of these rates, reservations must be made by Monday, May 7, 2011. Should the hotel offer lower rates to the public, we will continue to work with the hotel to ensure that you receive the lowest rate available. If you book your room outside of our block, we are not able to offer you this service.
