Our Mission
To provide California employers and their insurance companies with the highest quality of specialized legal representation before the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Annually, the Association recognizes an outstanding member attorney by bestowing the Warren L. Hanna Lifetime Achievment Award.

Founded in 1979, the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney's Association brings together all professionals engaged in the private practice of workers' compensation defense law in the State of California.
Member Associations include the Northern California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association, and the Southern California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association.
We offer the highest quality of continuing legal education in our specialized area of law as well as an opportunity for our members to come together to address the critical issues within our profession.
