The CWCDAA Annual Winter Conference represents a unique marketing opportunity! It’s the best and most exciting opportunity to target the decision makers and promote your company’s products and services. Sponsors will get first right of refusal for previously sponsored items.

Additional Exhibitor Passes are available on the Sponsorship & Exhibitor Registration Form with a maximum of 4 passes per booth (1 included and 3 additional). Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to join all meal functions, but exhibit passes are non-transferable.
Exhibit Hall Floor Plan: The Exhibit Hall Floorplan will be available here for download once it has been approved. Don't let this stop you from registering! Once the floorplan is available, exhibitors will be contacted in the order that they have registered to pick their exhibit space.

All Exhibit Spaces will have a minimum of space of 8’ x 8’ with a 6’ skirted tabletop and 1 chair per exhibitor. Depending on our venue, pipe and drape may or may not be provided. Regardless of your space, venue or pipe and drape, all exhibitor materials & equipment must be contained within the booth space and must be free standing (nothing can hang from pipe, drape or hotel walls). Should you need easels, special tables, or have any other special requests, please contact us as soon as possible to make your request as we may have to make the request of the hotel and/or find an off-site vendor if the hotel is unable to accommodate.
All Exhibit Spaces will include
- One Exhibitor Pass
- All Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to attend are meal functions that are open to general attendees
- All Exhibitors are invited to attend the sessions
- CWCDAA website banner ad run from time received through the conference on all attendee conference pages
- List of all conference attendees
- A soft copy of all session materials
- Early registration for the next CWCDAA Conference
- 1-page full color insert (provided by you) handed out at registration

Exhibit space assignments will be based on a first-come, first served basis, based on the receipt of completed application & full payment. Exhibit Hall Raffle Prize Donations
All Sponsors are encouraged to donate to the conference raffle. Your company will receive recognition on the CWCDAA website and will be recognized at the raffle. StageOne Events must be in possession of the donation at the start of the Conference.
