The California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys' Association (CWCDAA) by-laws permit membership only to individual attorneys engaged in the practice of law substantially devoted to the defense of California workers' compensation cases.

Membership dues are $249 a year and run the calendar year. A reduced Annual Membership fee of $224 is available for those Firms with 15 or more attorneys who join all Firm members. A special rate of $150 is available for first time members.
