From the President

As the 2017 President, I am thankful to have the opportunity to build on the great foundation we have at the California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys’ Association.

In 1979, members of the workers’ compensation defense bar came together to organize an association founded with the goal of promoting the administration of justice within the workers’ compensation system, providing for the exchange of information, and continuing education of its members, employers, insurance carriers, and the general public about the laws affecting workers’ compensation practice. It is my hope for 2017 we continue our focus on those goals. Our purpose remains the same and is as relevant today as it was more than 34 years ago. Read More
